SERVICES:

I offer individual counseling as well as individual psychotherapy for adults and older adolescents. 

For mental health professionals, I also offer clinical supervision.



Counseling  If you're experiencing an unexpected change, a loss, or getting ready to make a transition of some kind, counseling can be extremely useful in helping you navigate these changes in such a way that they enhance your life, rather than restrict or diminish your experience of it.

Psychotherapy  If you're looking for a new solution to a long standing problem, or you desire a deeper (more intimate) connection to others, on going psychotherapy is the most effective means of getting there.  Not only will you gain a richer understanding of yourself, you'll gain access to the tools required in getting you "unstuck" and moving forward into the life you truly desire, not just the one you've inherited.
